Ultimate Back To Top Button insert on any WordPress page a „return to the top” link which
let the user scroll back to the page top using javascript and jQuery 1.7 when available.
The button depends on CSS 2.1 and 3 but degrade gracefully on IE8 and 7 browsers.
In IE6 the button won’t be displayed.
Telepítés
- Unzip into your
pluginsdirectory. If you’re uploading it make sure to upload the top-level folder. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Visit Ultimate Back To Top Button to finish its configuration

That’s simple, just visit Ultimate Back To Top Button option page in your WordPress administration area to make the necessary changes.
- When no javascript is present I no longer see the link ?

The theme you are using is not using the wp_footer() function in its
footer.phpfile
