uLoader is a simple, easy to use preloader. Just install it on your site, and it’ll do the rest. If you want your customized preloader with your logo, you can just put it in plugin settings, and you will get your very own preloader. It’s lite weight and made with only HTML, CSS, JS, and some of the love.
