This plugin allows site owners to integrate a Sudeem-powered AI chat widget. The plugin connects to Sudeem services to load and display a pre-configured AI agent. No AI models or training logic are included in this plugin. External services are required.
External Services
This plugin connects to the Sudeem AI platform to load and run the AI chat widget on the website.
The external service is used to:
– Display the AI chat widget
– Enable automated customer conversations
Data sent to the service:
– Agent ID (to identify the configured AI agent)
– Locale (to determine the widget language)
– Conversation messages entered by site visitors
Data is sent when:
– The chat widget script is loaded on the frontend
– A visitor interacts with the chat widget

Does this plugin send data to external services?

How do I initialize my chat widget?

- Install this plugin to your WordPress website.
- Copy your Agent ID from the Sudeem dashboard (Agent Deploy).
- Navigate to the „Sudeem Chat” tab under the „Settings” menu in your WordPress dashboard.
- Paste your Agent ID into the designated field.
- Select your preferred locale (English or Arabic).
- Click „Save Settings”.
