Telepítés

Modern megoldás:

Lépjen a WordPress irányítópult „Új bővítmény hozzáadása” részéhez.
Keresse meg a „Hozzászólások letiltása” elemet.
Telepítse, majd aktiválja.
A bővítmény beállításai az adminisztrációs felület „Beállítások” menüjén keresztül érhetők el (egyoldalas telepítés esetén a webhely adminisztrációs felületén, hálózati telepítés esetén pedig a hálózat adminisztrációs felületén).

Régi megoldás:

Töltse fel a bővítmény mappáját a /wp-content/plugins/ könyvtárba
Aktiválja a plug-int a ‘Plugins’ vagy ‘Beépülő modulok’ menüpont alatt
A bővítmény beállításai az adminisztrációs felület „Beállítások” menüjén keresztül érhetők el (egyoldalas telepítés esetén a webhely adminisztrációs felületén, hálózati telepítés esetén pedig a hálózat adminisztrációs felületén).

Miután letiltottam a hozzászólásokat az összes bejegyzésnél, nem történik semmi – a hozzászólási űrlapok továbbra is megjelennek, amikor megnézem a bejegyzéseimet.

The plugin tries its very best to hide this (and any other comment-related) messages.

If you still see the message, then it means your theme is overriding this behaviour, and you will have to edit its files manually to remove it. Two common approaches are to either delete or comment out the relevant lines in wp-content/your-theme/comments.php, or to add a declaration to wp-content/your-theme/style.css that hides the message from your visitors. In either case, make you you know what you are doing!

Go to the edit page for the post you want to disable comments on. Scroll down to the „Discussion” box, where you will find the comment options for that post. If you don’t see a „Discussion” box, then click on „Screen Options” at the top of your screen, and make sure the „Discussion” checkbox is checked.

You can also bulk-edit the comment status of multiple posts from the posts screen.

Disable Comments did what I needed without much setup. Easy to use and saves time when managing site content. Worked fine on my end, though a few extra options would make it even better.

Installed this to quickly turn off comments across my site. Setup took like a minute and everything worked as expected. Simple settings, no confusion. Could use a few more options maybe, but overall pretty solid.

I had a daunting task of first moving 500+ the Pending Comments that I have identified as all SPAM to the Trash folder, page by fricken page, then having to go into the Trash folder to permentantly delete them, page by painstaking page.Then I said there must be a plugin for this. Lo & Behold there was. It was yours. Task finished in less than 3 minute and that included installing and activating the plugin and figuring out which choice I had within the plugin that would accomplish the task. BAM! IT WAS DONE.Bravo!!

For me it’s more of a one-use-thing, hopefully I’ll avoid homepages with a gazillion spam comments going forward. Very clear and easy to understand plugin. Great choices for what and where to turn off or remove comments. I’ll recommend this plugin to anyone working with wordpress. Also, developer seem to listen to critique as I was reading the previous reviews.

Plugin functions well. But. Added intrusive advertising for another plugin into the post editor. That is a hard no from me – so removing the plugin from my client’s websites. -=-=-=Update=-=-=- Super pleased to say the plugin author has resolved the issue quickly, removing the advertising. Edited to a 5 star from me! Plugin functions well and the developers are friendly and responsive.
