Today I have to change my ‘custom table data’ to normal Wordpress meta fields, it was simple to do. And yes, sometimes it doesn’t work. Then there is great support. The lack of support , over 2 days has significantly impacted my business, as the issue has prevented.As a paying customer, all expect a certain level of support and responsiveness within 1 day, especially when encountering critical issues that affect my website’s functionality. It’s frustrating when not receiving support as we expect from your plugin, especially when asking us to upgrade to a paid plan, I didn’t get efficient support from both free and pro.
