I just tried this plugin on a brand-new WordPress 4.7.3 installation with the default theme (twentyseventeen). It reduced the loading speed from about 1.5-1.7 seconds to 101 ms.
Can’t get much better than that!

Overall I love this plugin – it’s the best one that I’ve tried. It makes my website pass all of Google’s PageSpeed benchmarks (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/). It’s a great plugin. Great job!

I tried lots of plugins but this one is awesome. Many many thanx to author. No body can bit this. intelligent Author. but one problem I realize that this plugin is very useful and i should donate this author but when i click on Donate to this plugin it will take me on your site but your site is not in english and don’t understand how to donate.

This plugin took my site from running 40 external javascript to 16 (I had to exclude a few) and 41 stylesheets to 10. 12 of the javascript appear to be part of the plugin with names like /wp-content/pep-vn/cache/static-files/c420ca2e.js It shaved a full six seconds off of load time too! Amazing! I can’t figure out how to use the cdn, but I might figure it out eventually. But every thing else seems great. I’ve tried several other plugins and this one seems the best fit for me. 🙂
