Copy the <strong>Callback URL<\/strong> from there and give it to BT Direct. If you use a <strong>Static ReturnUrl<\/strong>, set it explicitly as instructed in the settings.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"why%20isn%E2%80%99t%20the%20gateway%20visible%20at%20checkout%3F\"><h3>Why isn\u2019t the gateway visible at checkout?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Confirm WooCommerce is active, the gateway is enabled, the amount meets <strong>Minimum Order Amount<\/strong>, and the Checkout page isn\u2019t a hard-coded\/static page (payment methods must load dynamically). Also check you didn\u2019t restrict shipping methods in a way that hides the gateway.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"the%20order%20status%20never%20updates.%20what%20now%3F\"><h3>The order status never updates.
