Sok internetfelhasználó böngészik elavult böngészővel több okból is (főként mert nem tudják hogyan kell frissíteni). Újabb böngészőre váltani mindig jobb biztonsági és megbízhatósági szempontból. Ez a bővítmény tájékoztatja a látogatóinkat, hogy váltsanak egy újabb böngészőre, persze nem tolakodó módon. Csak aktiváljuk ezt a bővítményt, nincs más dolgunk…

Telepítés
Kézzel
Tömörítsük ki, majd töltsük fel a könyvtárat a WordPress telepítés /wp-content/plugins/ könyvtárába.
Bővítmény feltöltése útján
Töltsük fel a wp-browser-update.zip fájlt a bővítmény panelen (/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload).
Bővítménykeresés útján
Keressünk rá a következő kifejezésre: “wp browserupdate” és telepítsük a megjelenő találatok közül a bővítmény panelen (/wp-admin/plugin-install.php).
Aktiválás
Ne felejtsük el ezután aktiválni a WP BrowserUpdate-et. 😉
