## Leírás

Sookie CMP is a lightweight cookie consent plugin that helps WordPress websites 
comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

It supports Google Consent Mode v2 and integrates easily with Google Tag Manager
to manage user consent preferences.

This plugin connects to the Sookie CMP service to provide cookie consent functionality.

What the service is used for:
 The external service delivers the cookie consent 
banner and manages user consent preferences.

What data is sent and when:
 When the website loads, the plugin loads a script from
the Sookie servers. The request may include: – The configured Sookie Domain ID –
The visitor’s IP address (processed by the Sookie servers) – Basic browser and device
information required to generate the consent banner

This communication is necessary to display and manage cookie consent functionality.

## Telepítés

 1. Upload the plugin files to `/wp-content/plugins/sookie-cmp`
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
 3. Go to **Sookie CMP** in the WordPress admin menu
 4. Enter your Sookie Domain ID from your Sookie dashboard
 5. Save settings

### Does this block scripts before consent?

Yes. Sookie CMP integrates with Google Consent Mode v2 and can work alongside Google
Tag Manager to control script behavior based on user consent.

### Where do I get the Sookie Domain ID?

You can find your Sookie Domain ID in your Sookie dashboard under the Implementation
section.
