GETTING STARTED
Before installing the plugin, you will need your Access Key and Secret Key. These credentials authenticate your store with Nimbbl servers.
- Existing Users: Login to the Nimbbl Dashboard to retrieve your keys.
- New Users: If you don’t have an account yet, please Sign Up Here.
- Note: Account approval and login details typically take up to 1 working day to be issued.
Step 1: Install Plugin
You can install the plugin automatically via the WordPress directory or manually by uploading the files.
Option 1: Automatic Installation (Recommended)
1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
3. Search for „Nimbbl”.
4. Click Install Now and then Activate.
Option 2: Manual Installation
1. Download the latest plugin .zip file from the WordPress repository.
2. In your WordPress Admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
3. Select the downloaded zip file and click Install Now.
4. Click Activate Plugin.
Step 2: Configuration
Once activated, follow these steps to connect your store:
- Navigate to Settings: Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
- Select Nimbbl: Find „Nimbbl” in the list and click Manage (or click the „Finish set up” button).
- Enable Payment Method: Check the box to enable Nimbbl.
- Add Description: We recommend using the following text for better conversion:
> Pay securely with your preferred mode: UPI, Cards, Netbanking, or Buy Now Pay Later. - Enter Credentials:
- Select „Test” mode for the Environment.
- Enter your Test Access Key and Test Secret Key (copied from your Nimbbl Dashboard).
- Save Changes.
Step 3: Setting Up Webhooks
Webhooks ensure your order statuses (e.g., Pending, Paid, Failed) update automatically in WooCommerce when a payment is completed.
- In the Nimbbl Plugin settings, look for the Webhook URL field.
- The plugin automatically generates this URL for you.
- Action Required: Copy this URL and email it to
help@nimbbl.bizor share it with your Nimbbl account manager to have it whitelisted on our servers.
Step 4: Go Live
- Test Your Store: Ensure „Test Mode” is enabled in the plugin settings and perform a few test transactions to verify the flow.
- Switch to Live:
- Go to Nimbbl Plugin Settings.
- Change the Environment from Test to Live.
- Enter your Live Access Key and Live Secret Key.
- Click Save Changes.
- You are now ready to accept real payments!
