it redirects to a website www.wpdeveloper.net , and after payment you will download another plugin name (every in free version) and it said:
"you got the super power ! - thanks for installing the plugin - Get the Pro version" and you will be redirected to https://atlantisthemes.com/elementor-addons-woocommerce/ for another payment.
Scam. please remove from the wordpress addons website.
