It is easy to get caught up in the world of so many plugins. We were looking for a plugin, for a client, and from the research we did, MasterStudy LMS came out tops for a number of reasons: Functionality and feature rich. Easy to use. Customisation Logical flow. User profiling. Documentation availability. Dedicated support team. Pricing One would be mistaken to believe that there would be one plugin which would service all of one's needs however MasterStudy LMS goes a long way to be that solution. Not only is the product ever evolving but the support has been spectacular, especially from Lisa Williams and Stan Kim. The decision to go with MasterStudy LMS was the right decision. Diverse content formats: Masterstudy LMS supports various content formats, including videos, audio files, PDFs, slides and interactive quizzes, enabling you to create engaging and interactive courses. Robust course management: The platform provides powerful tools for managing courses, including the ability to set prerequisites, create learning paths, and track student progress. Built-in Stripe integration: One of the standout features of Masterstudy LMS is its built-in Stripe integration. This allows you to handle payments directly through the platform without needing to rely on WooCommerce, which aligns perfectly with my "less plugins, better site" philosophy. The Bad: RTL (Right-to-Left) language issues: I've experienced some problems with the platform's support for RTL languages, such as Arabic and Hebrew. I don't know who writes bad reviews. Maybe they relate to the free versions of the plugin and theme? I tried the free version, found it worked and bought the Pro version of the plugin and the paid theme. All together it came out to about 150 euros. This is inexpensive, given the financial appetites of the developers of other similar LMS plugins, but we are a start-up company and the cost was very important for us. I can say that I have been designing for many years and I don't know wordpress very well, but in about 3-4 days I was able to install the product myself, activate it, install a theme and configure most of the things. Frankly speaking, the guys have a lot to work on. Some settings seemed illogical to me, but the support team explained everything. Yes, they do not work super fast, I waited 4 days for my answer, including weekends, but the answer was very clear, professional and resolved all my questions at that time. Nothing broke for me, like others who leave reviews. Everything works and I hope to get some more answers to some of my questions. Therefore, before you write that everything is bad, ask yourself a question - would you support a free product and demand so much from an inexpensive budget solution? You can end up going out and buying other similar systems for a few hundred a year and they'll respond to you within a day. Ultimately you get what you pay for, right?
