Gravatar Enhanced adds a couple of cool features to your site:

The Retro (Generated) Gravatar
Enable Hovercards
Send customized Gravatar invitation emails to commenters on your site that don’t have one!

You can enable and manage the features from the „Discussion” Settings page. Just look for the „Avatars” section.

Upload and extract the plugin to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to the „Discussion” Settings page to enable the new features.
