Sync Orders with Xero for WooCommerce – Cloudify

Leírás

Looking for the best WooCommerce Xero integration to automate your accounting? Cloudify’s WooCommerce Xero integration connects your online store to your accounting software, converting every WooCommerce order into a Xero invoice or quote automatically — so you stop re-typing orders by hand and your sales and your books stay in sync.

If you run a WooCommerce store and keep your accounts in Xero, this plugin is the missing link between the two. Connect WooCommerce with Xero in a few clicks, and new orders flow straight into Xero with the right customers and products already attached.

Pricing

  • Free Trial — 15 free syncs, no credit card required, so you can test the integration on real orders before you subscribe.
  • Premium — $9/month + $0.15 per invoice/quote synced. Includes custom rules and mapping, the ability to replay failed syncs from WooCommerce order notes, and dedicated integration support.
  • Custom — Tailored integrations for unique or high-volume accounting workflows. One-time setup fee plus a usage-based monthly fee. Contact us for a quote.

How it works

  1. A customer places an order in your WooCommerce store.
  2. The plugin matches the customer and products against your existing Xero records — or creates new ones if they don’t exist yet, so nothing gets duplicated.
  3. The order is created in Xero as an invoice or a quote, whichever you’ve configured.
  4. Your books update automatically, with no manual re-entry.

What this WooCommerce Xero integration does

  • Sync WooCommerce orders with Xero invoices — automatically convert each order into a Xero invoice or quote, whichever fits your workflow.
  • Smart customer matching — the integration finds an existing customer in Xero or creates a new one, so your contact list stays clean with no duplicates.
  • Automatic product handling — matches existing Xero products or creates them from your WooCommerce line items.
  • Customizable data mapping — map your WooCommerce data to match exactly how your Xero account is set up.
  • Subscription management — view and manage your plan directly inside your WordPress admin.

Why store owners connect WooCommerce with Xero using Cloudify

  • Eliminate manual accounting. Every WooCommerce order becomes a Xero invoice or quote without re-keying — fewer errors, hours saved every month.
  • Automate accounting between WooCommerce and Xero. Customers and products stay matched across both platforms instead of drifting apart.
  • Get set up fast. Connect your Xero account in a few clicks, or book a free guided setup session with our integration team.
