You can download and install Twitter’s Bootstrap Shortcodes Ultimate using the built in WordPress plugin installer. If you download Twitter’s Bootstrap Shortcodes Ultimate manually, make sure it is uploaded to „/wp-content/plugins/twitterbootstrap-shortcodes-ultimate/”.
